Dr Cedomir “Charlie” Ignjatovic

Cedomir (Charlie) Ignjatovic is a Clinical Psychologist in the Sutherland Shire who has a passion for helping people to thrive in addition to treating their mental health symptoms. He completed his University studies and training in Clinical Psychology at the University of Wollongong, where he lived up until 7 years ago prior to moving to the Sutherland Shire.

Charlie’s approach to helping focuses on person-centered and recovery-based approaches, aiming to empower and build strong relationship with the individuals that he works with. He uses a range of evidence-based techniques that are tailored to the individuals’ needs and goals to help them develop practical skills to overcome their mental health difficulties and strive toward wellbeing. He has been trained to help people using evidence based psychological therapies, including Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) other Mindfulness based treatment approaches.

Vedrana “Vecky” Copic

Vecky is a Clinical Psychologist working in the Sutherland Shire. Vecky has a Bachelor of Psychology degree (with Honours) obtained from the University of Sydney and has completed her Masters in Clinical Psychology degree at the University of Wollongong in 2010. Vecky has experience working in community, NGO, inpatient and private practice settings. Vecky has worked in private practice and in an adult psychiatric inpatient unit for over 4 years before establishing Embrace the Moment Psychology and Wellbeing Coaching Practice with Charlie Ignjatovic.

Vecky works with adult and adolescent clients (aged 13 onwards), providing therapy for general mental health issues, including mood disorders, anxiety disorders, adjustment issues, lifestyle modification, support for carers, grief and loss issues, relationship and workplace stresses, anger management, stress management, self-esteem and eating related problems.

Vecky is also a registered provider of non-directive pregnancy support counselling, and has a special interest in women’s mental health issues including prenatal and post-natal anxiety and depression
